IMF Suggests $100-Barrel Oil
Topic: EnergyAs today marks the lowest oil prices recorded in 22 months, the IMF came out with some reports suggesting that next year we could expect $100-barrel of oil again.
I’m sure smart people analyzed all the trends of supply and demand for the coming months and I don’t see the reason doubt IMF’s prediction. As other reports indicate, demand for fossil fuel will pick up on the long term. Plus, after experiencing record-breaking oil prices last summer, everything is possible.
According to the graph of gas/oil relationship here in Aruba, expect to see a $4.75 per gallon price tag in Aruba again when we hit the $100 dollar barrel per oil mark.
