CNN: Oil won’t return to triple digits
Topic: EnergyI came across an interesting article today on CNNMoney.com. The author was explaining why she doesn’t believe the oil prices aren’t going to rise to triple digits for the time being.
It’s an interesting article indeed, with economic and stock analysis. My question is: when was the last time the oil industry behaved within the boundaries of “normal” market behaviour?
In school I was thought the basic economic principles – supply and demand – but the oil industry has proven to be a very different one. What I’m trying to say is that there are too many factors which determine the prices in order for someone to make such a statement about the oil prices not returning to triple digits.
